Can a new nurse with 11 months of experience, 4 in the OR and 6 doing case management go back into the clinical setting?

Oh, absolutely. I left the bedside ICU bedside in 2016. Did long-term care a quick stint in Rehab and went back to the hospital after 6 years. In your case, you should get a good solid orientation, work under another nurse and most hospitals will have some kind of orientation plan.
