You may wish to check out the basic requirements to see if you have already met them, or what you must do in order to meet them. You do not say if you have taken the NCLEX here or applied for a US license which would be the first essentials.

It is not that you are a foreigner, it is your ability to speak and read English coupled with your nursing skills. I have trained people from Africa. India and Philippines without issues and those who had to be terminated.
