Is mandatory learning supposed to be paid in Illinois? My manager sent me modules to complete and asked that I submit the transcripts (on my own time, I assume) but my understanding is that these learning modules are supposed to be paid.

Hello. Most companies either allow time for completion of learning modules while at work or pay you for completing the modules, on computer, while away from work. I think it is a mistake to assume anything. Please take a moment to have some conversation with your manager about the policies and expectations for completing the learning modules.
