If you're a first-time travel nurse, it's normal to feel nervous about starting your first contract. Here are some tips to help you prepare:
- Research: Research the hospital or healthcare facility where you'll be working. This includes the location, the type of patients you'll be working with, and the hospital's policies and procedures.
- Communication: Communicate with your recruiter and the hospital staff to ensure that you have all the information you need before you start your contract.
- Flexibility: Be flexible and adaptable. Travel nursing can be unpredictable, so it's important to be able to adjust to new situations and environments.
- Self-Care: Take care of yourself physically and mentally. This includes getting enough sleep, eating healthy, and taking time to relax and recharge.

I hope these tips help you feel more prepared for your first contract. Good luck! ๐Ÿ˜Š
