Hello, Can anyone tell me an experience with HCA healthcare , most of the online reviews are not good for this hospital. What is happening?

As the roles of Health Care Assistant (HCA) are -Wash and dress patients,
-Serve meals and help to feed,
-Help people to move around,
-Make beds,
-Make patients feel comfortable,
-Monitor patients' conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respirations and weight. Therefore, during this telling of these stories there was a disclosure of professional secrets although it is very bad and criminal against the law of medical career.
