New grad interviewing for ER and Periop RN. Any tips on each specialty (pros and cons) and interview prep?

Peri-op- be aware of on-call requirements- know that they can increase without warning- so if day care is an issue keep that in mind- I started with 4 days call six weeks progressed to 9-10 in a state where you can work 24 hours a day
