How can I become hospice certified?

I am actually in the process of becoming CHPLN in Mass. I am an LPN and work on Hospice Clinical Role. I have found out through the program I researched that it is a self study independent programs I got a prep book called “Mometrix Test preparation CHPLN exam secrets study guide” once you feel you are ready for the test you register and take exam. It has a cost and once passed my company reimburses me and my renewals. I actually recently got the book in the mail so I can’t give you details but it basically gives you self test so you can focus on what you might need to study.
