Wait patiently

February 22nd, 2023

I what state at the interview, but I would promptly ask someone about the expected time of arrival of the interviewer. I know it may seem unprofessional for the interviewer to be late, and they should extend that professional courtesy to you to inform you if they're running late, but it's common that these things come up often. If it becomes a pattern, unless you have no other prospects due to a lack of experience in the area or in general, then you might want to reconsider. If you check in and ask, and it was just a bad day for the interviewer and they were running late it could be because the last interview went over longer, or it could be that they are very busy nurse manager who also works alongside their staff. It could be just them having an off day, but I've had this happen to me many times in my career and the interviewer has apologized and it didn't happen again. I have found that sometimes these interviews are some of the most hard-working. Don't always give up right away, because you never know it could be an emergency or a car accident. Good luck
