I have a 3 months experience at long term facility. Im a RN. Is it possible to apply in the hospital? Or do you have any recommendation in which area should I go?

You can definitely apply thoroughly a hospital position. Preferably on a measure unit

Absolutely! I started working as a CNA in a nursing home and went to school to get my RN and then BSN. I worked first on a med surg floor to gain a general knowledge and then after a year started looking for a unit in which I really wanted to work in. I know work in an outpatient infusion center in the hospital and have for several years and I still love what I do. Several others I worked with at the nursing home now work in the hospital now in various departments. One works in Endoscopy and another in the Breast center. Best wishes to you.

I worked as a new grad in a nursing home at first
Best suggestion is to go to a hospital where they train new grads or take additional critical care classes
You can always apply once you have a license anywhere that will take you
I started on night shift

You would fit in well on a med-surge unit. You already have all the basic abilities required to make it. If you are interested in other areas, review techniques and equipment used in those areas. Hospital settings are usually INFINITELY better than long term facilities.
