Teaching hospitals that offer new grad programs or nurse residency programs would be your best option because they will take their time to train and educate you. I started my nursing career with a nurse residency program and I’m glad that I did. I learned so much and I feel like I was trained properly.

Some hospitals offer a new grad program. HCA is not the best hospital system to work for, but they have a program called StaRN that's pretty good. You will have to sign a 2 year agreement, but the training is pretty good.
