Any suggestions on how to get started in Corporate Nursing? I've been an RN for 10 years, no BSN.

Hi! Before I had my BSN I made sure I got charge experience, from there I landed a supervisor position & then was in school when I landed my first manager position! If you go up the ranks that way it should work! Also I know LTC places are sometimes more likely to hire a manager without BSN!
