Currently traveling. I have over 3.5 years experience in stepdown/MS/tele. I would like to transition to ICU. I know I would have to go back to staff. How can I bridge the income gap?

I would recommend picking up an extra shift per week to make the difference to begin with. You will need to have at least a year of experience to go back to traveling with ICU. Not too long.
