I've been having terrible foot pain recently, especially after shifts. Any tips that work well but aren't too expensive?

Hoka shoes are the best! It’s all I have worn for years and my bunions thank me for it! They are pricey but well worth it.

Bring two spare pairs of shoes. Switch off during the middle of the shift and then again when you leave. It may make a difference. Avoid shoes you don't lace up - harder on the feet and back. Wear a shoe with a bit of heel. No clogs - bad for back, unless it is closed back and you can adjust the strap for tightness. Skechers has some great varieties to choose from. Good luck!

Nursing 101 and a MUST: Your nursing shoes are comfortable but everyone's different. And you don't have to pay $300 for shoes. But I found " Dr Schols," only $20 perfection for me but I wore through them in 3 months n just bought more. All u do is basically walk killing your feet. Also Sketchers are awesome and affordable too!! But I did get whatever shoes that put them out of constant pain!!
