I’ve been a nurse for about 2 years at a major tertiary care hospital in Minnesota but I was thinking of making a change to secondary care center out in Wyoming. For those that have made a similar move in the past.. how did it go?

I think it will be fine, though you have to have an open attitude because you do not have the same supplies, staff, experiences in the smaller areas and hospitals.
