Overtime, emergency call-back, night shift and weekend differentials, on-call for unit with 3 staff members and 24 hr. coverage, extra shifts, bonuses, per diem differentials. San Francisco area!!!

Did the ad include NPs? Because NPs can make that with overtime(maybe). Staff RN not so much
