What hospitals in Colorado (preferably near/in Denver or Boulder) have the best nursing retention? I am looking to move and have no idea about any of the hospitals in that area! Magnet status, patient satisfaction ratings, excellence in care, etc.

I work at Children's Hospital Colorado. We are magnet status and with with children around the country. We are also among the top 10 Children's Hospitals in the country. I love where I work!

I would review the ratings for any of the facilities and/or health systems you are considering. You can review which facilities are designated, Magnet and/or other designation, safety ratings (Leap Frog/CMS) any and all affiliation's with colleges/universities and also at Colorado's Nursing Association.
