Hello. I’m an RN BSN with 22 years in ICU/ER/Trauma Ive worked as a charge RN MICN in level one LA county facility I’ve worked and traveled to over 50 hospitals. I would really like to get into qualit. Anyone know of a way I can make this transition?

Most hospitals & insurace companies have quality positions. Just keep in mind your wages will go down. Is it worth a pay cut? Or you can cut your hours at your current position.
