I’m an associate degree new grad, but a hospital where required BSN offered me an interview. I explained to the HR once I get hired, I will obtain my BSN in 2 yrs. Is there any thing I can say at the interview that increases the change to get hired?

If they re willing to give you an interview knowing you don’t have your BSN, it means they are desperate for help. Use it to your advantage. Good luck.

First impressions count. Be honest, be confident, and be professional, but most of all, do not word vomit. Answer the questions without giving tons of extra information. They offered you an interview, which means they are interested in you with an associates degree.
