Hi there! I am a new graduate nurse and am hoping to work as an ambulatory/outpatient nurse in the Henderson, NV area. Any tips for searching for outpatient jobs or jobs for new grads would be greatly appreciated!

New GRads need to spend at least one year on a med/surg unit to know real nursing. Nursing school and NCLEX only prepare new grads with basics, not real nursing! This is the best
advice you can get!!
