I am a new grad and will be moving to San Diego. Does anyone know of anyone that is hiring new grads in a hospital setting?

I no longer live in San Diego however only moved away about 4 years ago. Both Scripps and Sharp systems higher new grads. Take a look at both systems. I worked for Scripps and found them to be an excellent organization however, I have also heard good things about Sharp.

Be proactive: call hospitals within 20mi. Job openings, closings & hirings change cobstantly. Info may be quickly out-dated. HR's "wish-list" requirements for experience get blown away by the urgent need to hire from the candidates who appear. Job orientations are the same for new & "old". So, just step forward and ask for a job. Remember: being new & learning to do things for the 1st time their way is an asset, not a liability!!
