What specialty or department do you most want to work in and why?

I want to work from home; 16 years of 12 hour shifts doing bedside nursing during the pandemic has changed the way I feel about nursing

At this point in my Career Case Management, Back to Dialysis or Remote work. I've done alit of Fast pace areas and now need to step back from that.

Would love to work in ER. You get to learn new procedures and become very knowledgeable in all departments. Everyday is different and very fast paced.
