I work for a small start-up insurance company and am helping to build out their Case Management program. For RNs in payer CM -- what's something you would change about your CM program to benefit patients? How could it be better?

More caseworkers that are familiar with the area services. The ability to know who to send patients to and the wait times for the appointment. Financial stability referrals. Insurance carrier referrals especially in regard to the over 65 population and the need for additional insurance coverage.
