How can I go to PACU or ED without experience in those areas. I’m a pediatric nurse.

Most POHA/pacu jobs require icu, cardiac step down, or ER experience. You could try to get your CPAN certification.

Sell your self. I only had Med/Surge step-down. Also, I went to Pre-op then did a lateral transfer to PACU.
