How would you answer an interview question about what you find most difficult about being a nurse?
Hmm
So many answers come to mind esp working during COVID
I guess I have to ask how long have u been a nurse did u work during COVID what’s frustrating to u
One has to be aware that HR is the initial screener then comes follow up interview
When identifying something difficult have u thought of the solution ?
What role have u practiced in or applying for?
For me as a supervisor my difficulty is staffing so I try to look at better ways to recruit and retain
For u it could be ptsd post COVID that u
will address with better work life balance Strategies
Lots to think about but have answer ready on how to solve
That sometimes a cure is not possible. It‘s about making someone get better or „well“ - and that has to be defined by the patient. You are there to walk that path with them. Listen. Don‘t feel like needing to talk much or at all, or provide answers, find a solution. (Talking) less is more. That I needed to learn.
