Do it yourself. Once you have a license in that state, get ahold of a recruiter and tell them where you want to go. If you have it done already, it goes super quickly. If you still have to wait on a license, there’s not much a recruiter can do for you.

I agree with Hannah Orr. Note, however that California has a VERY long process. Its not unusual for a CA license to take 6 months.
