some higher end hospitals pay new grads 45/hr yet some hospitals pay nurses with experience 45/hr. $45-65 Mayne $75 is my guess right now in California depending on the hospital you choose and what part of California you are trying to go to. Also depending if you decide to work nights. I feel like there is a wide range here.
