Hi I’m studying a major in Health Administration and I was wondering what job roles should I start with and if it is a good career route?

I strongly believe all Healthcare administration should have some sort of nursing background whether that's CNA, MA, LPN or RN I think if you are going to be implementing and enforcing policies over them you should see what it's like to work on the floor so you can implement realistic expectations for your staff. As for where to go after that I would look into hospital case management or social work and climb up the ladder from there.

Oh or something along bed management or population health management.
