I’m going for my first ever interview as an LPN but am pretty broke and don't have a suit to wear. Is it okay to appear in my interview wearing scrubs?

I would not wear scrubs for an interview but I think a suit is overkill. Business casual would be appropriate and you could borrow clothes from friends or check goodwill.
