Do school nurses get paid during the summer?

It depends on where you are working. In some areas 1/12 of your salary is deducted from each paycheck and put aside for your summer pay so that you will get paid every two weeks during the summer as if you were on the job. If you work summer school you can get paid for the summer session and still collect a regular paycheck from the money that was put aside for you during the 10 month school year.

Depends on the school system. Some will pay salary over 10 mos and some will do 12 mos.
