Can you work if you’re graduated BSN and not RN yet?

Currently, there are not many hospitals that hire graduate nurses without having passed NCLEX. Sometimes, if you were already an employee prior to completing nursing school, they might consider hiring you with the condition you pass NCLEX - soon. Most medical centers require that you have passed NCLEX in order to practice as an RN.
