It’s lol …..$25 medical surgical, around $27/$28 ICU and ER is around the same maybe $1 more starting out. There are plenty other specialities of course, and they do range in pay; but I have not seen FL go above $28 for new registered nurses yet, hopefully that changes SOOOOOON.

Sooooooooooooooooooo bad.
When I took my final semester of nursing school, I had a professor say, "If any hospital offers you less than $20/hr, they're insulting you, and they're insulting the profession."
My first nursing job paid $19/hr. It was factory work.
