Any ICU nurses here? If so, was what is it like? Would it be hard for a new grad to work there?

I do not recommend a nurse grad work in the ICU, unless you were an LVN or CNA previously. You need at least two years in Med-Surg to see disease processes and how they progress or not. Then it is recommended you do an internship program for ICU.
