As stated specifics depends on the state ... you can be sure if you have a substance use history you will be flagged for some period of time for random ruin testing. Some state will require proof of initial treatment and follow on treatment. Some require 90 days of AA meeting in 90days.
IF this makes you nervous: Should you decide not to declare a substance use history AND the board finds out, depending on the state, you will be permanently breed from licensure and may face felony charges.
