Should I join a nursing association? Which one?

Yes… more nurses need to join for us to get advocacy for our profession. In advanced levels it seems to be necessary more than at a RN level… I remember l didn’t join any until when l become an APRN.

Yes! Which one depends on what you do or want to do. It’s excellent for resume building and networking, you get discounts on certification exams, and it sets you apart even as an RN. I loved that it really can help promote and advocate for the profession with providers bc they also belong to specialty associations and respect you take your job seriously.
