I recently relocated to California and began looking for a bedside nursing job. Incredible Health was amazing! I worked with Incredible Health for a few months on a job search as a Registered Nurse. They were supportive and advocated for me to get a position with WellStar Health System in Atlanta, GA. Unfortunately, I'm no longer employed by WellStar, but Incredible Health helped communicate with WellStar to find me another position when a nurse navigator position I previously applied for was dissolved in a transition that took place within the organization. Incredible Health's assistance led to a nurse supervisor position. It's disappointing that I'm no longer in the position, but I highly recommend Incredible Health to nurses!

Incredible Health is amazing! I can’t recommend it enough. I’ve been out for some time and was really nervous about entering nursing after a break. My husband and I recently relocated to the DFW area. When I started looking for jobs, I saw how exhaustive it could be. Then I found Incredible Health. They made my job search so easy. Instead of me having to browse through thousands of job listings on multiple sites, I just put my experience and info on their site and pretty quickly I was being notified of interest from various facilities. Every step of the way, I was receiving texts or calls from the RN at Incredible Health (Katherine), letting me know what to expect, giving me interviewing tips and other useful info, and just being overall supportive of my needs in this process. I applied and spent a lot of time on the application process. Someone from your office called me and wasted my time and your time saying they cannot hire me because I had a settlement agreement which happened over 22 years ago. I've never had any problems with employment as a result. I accepted a settlement agreement against my better judgements because my lawyer wasn't defending me like I paid him to do so. He wanted the easy way out and fast money. It was the worst decision of my life. Now you call me and waste my time and yours to only tell me you cannot present me to a client even though my nursing license is unencumbered and I have a compact license. Obviously, the BON didn't think the issue was that serious either or they wouldn't have issued a compact license. Your loss!!! Please don't contact me unless it is to apologize!!!! I see you've done this to others and promised not to do it to anyone else. Horrible to put people though this over and over. I have already paid in spades and paid thousands of dollars for having a health issue and refused to be allowed to call in sick. I arrived at work but never clocked in and I was sent home. A bunch of lies were reported to the BON and they failed to treat my medical issue. I have had to pay over and over again throughout the years for something that was embellished beyond believe. You've made me relive this tragedy. You should have it posted on your website for nurses NOT TO APPLY if you have ever had any action on your license!!! It's unfortunate that you don't give a chance to someone who has proven they are a FANTASTIC NURSE over many years!!! I wouldn't work for you now even if you begged!!! Your loss!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Incredible Health. After traveling for a short time, I knew I was ready for a permanent position in a new city. The entire process was amazing. I was quickly connected with the hospitals I was most interested in as well as those interested in my skill set. The communication and follow through from the IH staff was incredible. I'm a nurse of 3 years with only outpatient experience. I am trying to get into the inpatient setting and heard good things about Incredible Health. I signed up on the website and the intake specialist called me shortly afterwards and was very sweet and said my nurse recruiter would be reaching out shortly. It's been about a month and I haven't heard back since that initial call. I looked on my profile online and don't have any interview requests or contact from the nurse recruiter. I don't doubt that Incredible Health works, but it did not work for me... and I feel that this is due to me not having acute experience along with my unemployment gap. I just wished that I got some sort of communication from the recruiter to update me on the difficulty of landing me interviews.Edit: A day after I posted this all of a sudden I got some interests from the local hospitals… unfortunately it’s a bit late since I’ve found employment elsewhere

Been working with them for 2 weeks and not impressed so far. Gotten multiple interview requests but only 3 scheduled. One job got filled before I got to speak to someone, one never called, and one called from a San Francisco number (I live in Boston so was not expecting that as they were allegedly supposed to be calling from a Boston hospital) and left a call back number that doesn't work. This person claimed they would message me on the IncredibleHealth app and never did and only called me once which is not helpful especially when calling from an obscure number. Their texting service is not helpful at all.

This company was very helpful in finding a job after we moved to a new state (Nevada). There's no fee or catch, simply a networking opportunity to connect you with recruiters in the area, and they were very persistent in contacting recruiters and ensuring that contact/connection is made. The staff member I worked with named Hailey, was very friendly and reliable. And the persistence paid off, figuratively and literally speaking 🙂 Definitely recommend as a job search resource.

I was better off searching for jobs myself, in fact I did. My friend informed me of a job fair and this inefficient "company". I signed up and received a call to create my profile - did not hear anything else. After creating a profile, I was sent an email stating who my contact person would be and her direct office line. I called her direct line and surprise it was not her direct line instead just a direct line to another call center. I just wanted help on how to better appeal to jobs to speed up the process but for some reason it was hard to speak to my assigned contact person. Who instead emailed me about the job fair and interview tips, things that were not needed. When I created my profile I was specific as to what kind of work I was looking for the recruiter said okay no problem. I did not like the service I was receiving so I continued my own job search. I even applied to the job fair my friend initially told me about. I went to the job fair and the fair did have my information and stated incredible health had sent it over, however they sent my resume over to jobs I was not interested in taking, per my conversation with the recruiter. I promptly informed the fair that I applied to positions directly and they immediately set someone from that department down to speak to me. I got my desired job on the spot. No thanks to incredible health. Now incredible health wants to take all the credit for me accepting this position and they are currently harassing me about responding. To them for work I did on my own. bottom li e advocate for yourself no one can find a job better than you especially when you have the experience to call your own ahots.

They gave me access to recruiters from multiple hospitals in my area and from there I could speak with recruiters and find the right job for me. I accepted a position at a new hospital after having many offers from hiring staff. The staff with incredible health guided me through the process of finding the right hospital, through the interview process, and ways to negotiated for better pay. I am an RN with 2 years of experience looking for a job in an outpatient/ambulatory setting. I submitted my resume with this company which talked me up constantly saying what a great background I had. I waited about 6 weeks and got nothing but a text from the company saying that they couldn't find anything. I can't believe that a company that boasts over 100 company contacts can't connect me to one interview. What a waste of time and energy.

I spent a good two hours on the application. Texted back and forth with a recruiter. Only to be told that since I HAD a restriction on my license years ago, I wasn’t eligible. Note that I had a restriction because I went to the board myself and admitted I needed help. I never lost a nursing job, etc. Sooooo for any of you who have ever had a restriction, they won’t hire you. It would have been nice to know this BEFORE I invested so much time with the application process. Maybe an alert at the top would have been nice

When i scrolled over google to find jobs available in the area where I was planning to settle, I came across Incredible Health. I signed up and Haley was assigned to work with me. She was amazing and did a really great job, I bet she also is a hard worker! I received many job offers which kept flooding my email and text messages.
