Why is it hard to get a job as a new grad. I feel like I'm missing something. I graduated in January and no hospital is accepting my application, not even the hospital I work for as a tech.

my advice is applying to new grad programs, not to be picky. you need experience somewhere in nursing to be considered. But google search new grad programs and jump in!!!
