I don't have a License to work as RN yet. I'm appearing for the NCLEX RN exams on this october, In the mean time I would like to get training as a nurse. Is it possible to get into a training program without the license?

Yes! I got my job as a "graduate nurse" in August after I graduated from my BSN program, and then took the NCLEX in September. So I was able to be hired and start training with the promise that I had already scheduled my exam.

Yes it is possible it all the depend of the state you living , some states allow 30 days some 90 ( not sure I heard). You will mainly work under the DON license as a nurse graduate.
