Hi everyone, i graduated in 2020 but I couldn’t start right away as a Foreign nurse. I have all of my documents in check and passed my Nclex last month, got my RN license in TX. I don’t see a lot of jobs for new grad? Am I searching wrong ?

If you want to work in the hospital apply for all nursing positions. The positions may not be for a new grad but if the unit is short, I am sure the hiring manager would reconsider hiring a new grad. Just keep applying.
