About six years ago I turned down a Circulating Nurse position at the facility where I currently work as the pay was too low. A year ago, I was offered a job in a leadership position at the same facility which I initially turned down as the first offer was to low. They came back with a better offer and I took the job! Be respectful, thankful and polite when you let them know that you have accepted a position elsewhere. Never burn your bridges.
