Has anyone ever landed a job in NYC through Incredible Health? I have a diverse nursing portfolio and background and can’t even get an interview with any NY hospitals? I even have NY License. Am I alone on this? Just want to hit the Big Apple!

A lot of our nurses went to New York City to help out during Covid. They’re all traumatized so nobody’s going back. Not interested why don’t you just go visit New York and have fun and save the travel jobs to places that will appreciate you. So go have fun.

NYC is a flooded market. I suggest coming here as a traveler then transition to staff. That way your manager gets to know your worth and basically tells the HR department to hire you. Or work the night shift and wait till days opens up. My guess is you’re only applying for days and generally those positions are reserved for employees who want to switch

I live and have worked in NY since 1994 and let me tell you! Things have changed drastically in the jib search arena. I don't know what it is but I'm finding that we as nurses have really been locked in to specialties and places aren't dreamt willing to train. We are so trainable! So I agree with what S Sh said. If you cam land a travel assignment, work your way in from there. Good luck.
