LPN for 14 years, just received my RN 1/5/24. Looking for a job in psych/behavior health! Any leads please let me know!

I began my career in a State Psychiatric Hospital, and it has served me well through many iterations as I have gone through 47 years of nursing (psych, ICU, ER, management, teaching), 27 of that as an NP. Do NOT be afrad of state facilities. The experience you will gain there is worth two or three times what you would obtain in an outpatient setting - or so the recruiters I have known tell me. Think about working for your State's Mental Health programs for a few years, then you will hae excellent experience t offer everyone else in other settings or even in another specialty.
