What facilities should I be applying to as a new grad nurse with no RN experience, besides new grad programs.

Currently going through the hiring process at an LTAC. I was an LVN for 14 years before becoming and RN. All my years were in a specialty and I regret it because i felt tied to that specialty. I think as new nurses we need to build a foundation of our skills and learned Knowledge; and as much as I'm scared and not interested in MED-SURGE is a great foundation. With that being said I have a lot of classmates that joined self-standing hospitals for better pay. Residencies are low pay but they kind of hold your hand for the first year or however long their residency is.
