Some hospitals both city and private has a fellowship program. Just apply to it on Indeed- apply to it even if it’s not necessarily fellowship. Some hospitals do still take a chance on nurses with no hospital experience and train them.

Try the New York City Health and Hospitals Corporation: they have many hospital under their unbrella and many will take a chance on a new grad. Also research which hospitals offer new graduate "internships". MOrthwell Health Hospitals do and so does Stony Brook Universiety Medical Center. Try NYU Langone as well - again, many of their satellite affiliates offer internships. It's wise to get an extensive orientation like this, because NY hospitals are large, busy, and will want you to hit the deck running when your internship is over.
