I’m going to suggest that you join nursing Facebook groups. There are FB groups for all areas of nursing, ER, Surgery, nurse educators, case managers, remote nurses, etc. You can then post your questions amongst your peers who are typically more than willing to assist you. Good luck!

Join your professional organization.if you work in the E.R., or operating Room, ICU,,OR Med- surg. The reasons for this is opportunity to Network with other nurses in your field. Also the conventions have the latest teaching and Knowledge to green. I maxed out on salary with 3 national certifications. I arranged for my employer to pay for me to attend the national conventions. The Vetreans affairs Hospitals offer competitive pay and offer 5 weeks vacations for RN'S. My experience was the professional staff were top notch. As an older experienced RN you have the opportunity to share your knowledge with new Nursing Students. Hope this helps!
