Should I take an aorn perioperative 101 course even though I have been applying to an OR RNs residency fellowships/jobs?

The residency may include the Periop 101. Wait until you start.
If they don't include it, they may have an inhouse version covering the curriculum. (Like I do)
If you feel that the orientation is not sufficient, then try to supplement with Periop 101.
