So I’m about 2.5yrs in my career. I have jumped from PCU, NeuroICU, to now MICU. I’m struggling though as much as I like critical care 30/hr isn’t enough with this economy. How do I find something that will actually pay me what I’m worth?

Is the a nursing union active at your hospital? If yes ,nursing union leader could help you in finding a position possibility at another institution. Or appeal to your nursing manager, or Director for increased hourly wages, based on tou excellent practice yearly evaluation s. Or increase salary usually follows increased time in practice of your profession.
